OAKDALE - Alphonso Lutrelle Pinkston, Jr., age 64, passed on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Rapides Regional Medical Center. Public Viewing and Visitation will take place on Friday, November 15, 2024 at the Isrealite Baptist Church, 706 Butler Street, Oakdale, LA 71463 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The Funeral Service honoring his life and legacy will follow on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the Mowad Civic Center, 213 S. 10th Street, Oakdale, LA 71463. Public Viewing and Visitation will begin at 12 Noon and continue until the start of service at 1:00 pm. Alphonso will be laid to rest in the Oakdale Cemetery immediately following the service.
