Car'Tracus Quinshawn Mitchell, age 20, of Cheneyville, Louisiana was found on Saturday, May 25, 2024 after a tragic fishing incident. Services celebrating Car'Tracus will take place on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the Rapides High School, 9463 Highway 71 S, Lecompte, LA 71346. Public Viewing and Visitation will begin at 10:00 am and continue until the start of service at 11:00 am.
