Assie Lee Randolph Obituary (1929 - 2022)

Obituary Mrs. Assie Lee Randolph was born on March 20, 1929, to the late Eula and L. A. Wells. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Gilgal Baptist Church in Natchitoches Louisiana. "Miss Assie Lee" joined Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in 1948 and served faithfully since that time. She worked in many of the Ministries of the Church. She had a passion for gospel music and sang in the church's choir as well as in the City-Wide Choir. She was preceded in death by her husbands Joseph Howard, Sr., and Albert T. Randolph; two of her sons: Joseph Howard, Jr. and Peter Louis Howard and two grandchildren: Paul Edward Bell, I, and Timothy Demond Howard; two great grandchildren; Samuel Howard, Jr. and Zachary Gibbs. She leaves to cherish her memories her daughters Minister Irene Jenkins(Elder Odis), Ann Howard, one son David Wells(Amber);nineteen grandchildren; thirty-two great grandchildren, thirty six great-great grandchildren, one great-great-great grandchild as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
