Constance Elaine Polk, age 61, of Alexandria, Louisiana passed on Monday, July 15, 2024 at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital. A service celebrating her life and legacy will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 at St. Matthew Baptist Church, 2605 Old Boyce Rd., Boyce, LA 71409. Public Viewing and Visitation will begin at 10:00 am and continue until the start of service at 11:00 am.
