Starlic Frenette King Atkins AKA "Scooter" of Boyce, Louisiana passed away January 6, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Starlic was born to the late Helen King Sanders and Roland King Sr. on July 23, 1967 in Alexandria, Louisiana.Starlic graduated from Pineville High school in 1985. Went on to get an Administrative Associates Degree.
